- Information you share via contact form, telephone or email enquiry
- Therapeutic sessions in person, online or by telephone
- Your referring GP, Consultant Psychiatrist, health insurance provider or other professional
What information is held?
Personal information is collected and held in order to provide support and treatment and may include:
- Name and contact information such as email address and telephone number
- Next of kin details in case emergency contact is required
- Demographic information such as postcode and preferences
- GP details
- Transaction data such as payment details
Why is personal information held?
Information is held in order to:
- To understand your specific needs and to provide you with better care
- Internal record maintenance
- Aid the review and development of tailored therapeutic services
